Campbell, Clayton Webster, age 34 of Highland Park passed away suddenly on September 28, 2009 in Dallas, TX. He was born on September 3,1975 to Sandra and Edward Campbell. He is preceded in death by his father, Edward. And he is survived by his mother, Sandra and brother, Chris of Santa Fe, New Mexico. A graduate of Highland Park HS, Campbell had taken a break from his studies at North Texas University to serve in the US Navy where he served proudly on the USS Enterprise during Operation Iraqi Freedom. A Purple Heart recipient, he was wounded while escorting a media convoy in Iraq. Upon his return, Campbell has worked as a founding member of the US Veterans Chamber of Commerce, an organization designed to help veteran and disabled veteran owned businesses. Clayton will be greatly missed by all that knew him! A Memorial Service will take place at 12:30 pm Friday October 9th at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX.

Memorial Service Details
Clay Campbell’s service will take place at the DFW National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas (View Map) Friday October 9th at 12:30 pm sharp, please try to arrive by 12:15 pm.
The main gate of the cemetery is closed for construction. We will have to enter via the Service Entrance.
From Spur 408 exit onto Illinois and head west. The Service Entrance is about 1/2 mile on the left.
From I-20 exit onto Mountain Creek Parkway and the Service Entrance is approximately 1 mile beyond the Main Entrance on the right.
When you enter the Service Entrance there will be a sign, ‘All Funerals’ pointing to a staging area. Representatives of Jeter and Sons Funeral Home and all attendees will wait there for an escort to lead the procession to the appropriate site.
There will be a program distributed at the service that will include an invitation to visit with Sandy and her son Chris at a friend’s home in the area of NW Highway and Shiloh Rd in Dallas following the service.
